The Parent Activity
Counsel (P.A.C) at Park City Magnet is an active and important part of the
school. The organization is dedicated to promoting and supporting the students,
staff, and curriculum of Park City Magnet School.

PAC Meeting Schedule
THE EXECUTIVE BOARD: of our PAC is
comprised of the below members. The
majority of the organization's business is conducted at the Executive Board
meetings, which occurs
on a monthly basis during the school year. These meetings will normally be held
at 7:00 PM on the first Thursday of the month. The President or a majority of
the members of the Executive Board can call additional meetings as needed. Every
attempt will be made to notify the Executive Board members in the event of
meeting cancellation. Or in the event of an Emergency meeting.
GENERAL MEETINGS:
The general membership shall meet a minimum of three times a year unless
canceled by the Executive Board. Normally general meetings will be held at
7:00PM on the fourth Tuesday of the month.
All parents
are welcome to attend and participate in these meetings--
to ask questions or voice opinions about issues of concern.

- To provide a means of ongoing
and organized communication between parents and staff.
- To enrich students' educational experience by
providing programs and activities for students and their families.
- To offer opportunities for parents and
community members to become involved in the educations of our youth.
